Conference Services

Whether you are a faculty member planning to host your associations' conference at Concordia, a staff member assigned to coordinate a departmental event, a student and have an event you would like to host on campus; or if you have to plan an event and don't know where to start, our event coordinators will work with you to ensure that your event is a success. Our coordinators will provide event consultation, assist you with budget planning and will coordinate services such as room set-up, catering, event themes and more with internal and external partners. We'll handle the details for you so you can enjoy your event with your guests.

Food and Beverage Services

Hospitality Food & Beverage Services offers a variety of selections for your dining experience. Our dining outlets are conveniently located on both the downtown Sir George Williams and Loyola campuses. Operating hours and menus vary to accommodate the community.

Did you know that you could use your student ID card for payment at most of our dining locations? It's simple - upload money to your student ID, and when our cashiers swipe your card, the amount is automatically withdrawn.

Faculty and Staff can also enjoy the convenience of a declining balance card at authorized dining locations. The Convenience Card can either be uploaded with money for your personal use or for quick and easy office take-outs you can upload funds charged to a departmental account code. Cash is unnecessary - the purchase amount is automatically subtracted from the Convenience Card. (See cashier for details on both card types).

We also offer a variety of menu ideas for all of your catering needs, ranging from small meetings to high-end receptions and everything in between. If you would like to order from the catering menu or would like to have a special menu created for your event, our skilled caterers will help you make the best choice to fulfill your guests. Select from the University Approved Caterers list for all your campus catering activities.

Food Services also oversees the student meal plan program for students living in residence on campus during the academic year. The program is also available to students living off-campus.

Vending machines offering a variety of drinks and snacks are located in buildings throughout the Sir GeorgeWilliams and Loyola campuses.

Locker Services

Lockers are available for rent on both campuses, and renting one is as simple as logging onto myconcordia.ca. Through your portal, you can select the building, floor and desired location of the locker that best accommodates you and the fee is automatically charged to your student account. It's that simple!

Faculty and staff wishing to rent a locker for their business activities are welcome to contact us directly to make all of the necessary arrangements.

Parking Services

We offer parking facilities on both the SGW and Loyola campus for members of the university community and our guests. The facilities on both campuses offer faculty and staff a reserved monthly parking space and daily parking is available to the entire community. The Loyola Campus offers daily parking, as well as student permit parking on a per semester basis (at the Sports Complex).

Automated Banking Machines

For your convenience, automated banking machines have been strategically situated on both the Sir George Williams and Loyola campus for easy and convenient banking transactions.
