Concordia closes for the winter holidays on December 23. The last day to submit a refund cheque request for processing in 2024 is December 17.
Please note that due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, you will need to pick up your cheque from the Birks Student Service Centre.
Please keep in mind that if you submit a refund cheque request after 4 p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, Financial Services staff will process your request in 2025.
