  • A profile in True Viral News of erotic fiction writer Tamara Faith Berger states that Berger graduated from Concordia in 1996.
  • Grenadian politician Victor Nazim Gordon Burke (BA, economics, honours, '80) is profiled in a letter to the editor in Caribbean News Now
  • The McGill Tribune reports that Concordia alumnus John Parisella (political science) is being made a member of the Order of Canada. It notes that Parisella also taught at Concordia and states that he was a special communications advisor to the university’s president.
