- A CNW release announces the nomination of IT executive Robert Courteau (BComm '81) to the Board of Directors of Kinaxis Inc. The release notes that Courteau received an honorary degree from Concordia in 2011: Yahoo! Finance.
- Securities Times (in Chinese, reprised by ZQRB and Sohu) posts biographical notes for Xia Yuejin, of Shanghai Chun Chi Information Technology, Ltd. It states that he graduated from Concordia with a degree in software design.
