  • The Montreal Gazette and the paper's e-edition write about the United Tribulations Choir and its co-founder, Paul Tshuma, who it says founded the choir with his brother, Gift, as a way of coping with his physical condition: both he and his brother were diagnosed with muscular dystrophy at birth. The piece, reprised by Canada.com and Report CA, mentions that the United Tribulations Choir rehearses at Concordia.
  • An annual report from Image International Group Inc., posted by Street Insider, includes biographical notes for  for company president Geoff Armstrong (BA, Sir George Williams University, 1967).
  • A piece in Info-Culture about the July 5  presentation of Shakespeare's Julius Cesar in Rembrandt Park in Côte St-Luc, part of this summer's Repercussion Theatre "Shakespeare in the Park" tour, lists Donnub Jafarzadeh among the actors and mentions that Jafarzadeh is a Concordia graduate.
