- Artist Landon Mackenzie (MFA), who paints on canvas, is profiled in La Voix Acadienne.
- The Bahamas Weekly announces that Jazz singer Anuschka Wright,a recent graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts, will perform at a Father's Day concert in Nassau this Sunday. The brief mentions that two Concordia music instructors, Dave Turner and Chris Tauchner, will also perform.
