- Jenviev Azzolin (BComm, marketing, 2007), co-founder of the refugee housing website WeHostRefugees.org, is interviewed on Radio Canada International. Azzolin explains that We Host puts refugees and refugee assistance organizations in touch with Canadian families wishing to temporarily shelter newly-arrived Syrian and other refugees in their homes. Azzolin says some 800 families have already offered space in their homes through We Host, after only a few weeks of operation.
- Broadway World announces 'Trees!', a New York show of oil paintings by Montreal-based artist Robert Marchessault (BFA, 1978).
- Equipment Finance Advisor picks up an earlier release announcing the appointment of Kevin MacLeod (BA) as head of the firm's New York capital markets group.
