- CNW posts a release from the Institut de recherches cliniques de Montréal (IRCM) announcing the appointment of Emmanuel Triassi to the IRCM board of directors. It states that Triassi holds a Master's in engineering, project management and construction from Concordia. The release is picked up by Shaw Connect and Le Lézard.
- Exchange Morning Post reports that contemporary visual artist Susan Collen (BFA, photography) has been named Artist in Residence at the Region of Waterloo Library.
