- Stockhouse carries an update on the proposed arm’s length acquisition by Cluny Capital Corp. of the shares of Birchtree Energy Corp. Robbie Grossman, who received his bachelor degree in Political Science from Concordia, will become the director and chief financial officer of the company following completion of the transaction.
