- The Montreal Gazette interviews Pat Kiely, a graduate of the Department of Communication Studies, about his filmmaking career and his new film Three Night Stand.
- Diane Morin, a graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts, was awarded the Prix du Conseil des arts et des lettres (CALQ) – Oeuvre de l’année 2013 for the region of Montreal for her exhibition Imbrication (machine à reduire le temps): CNW Telbec and Le Lézard.
