- The Ottawa Citizen features a story about Mark Kristmanson, who holds a PhD in humanities, as the new CEO of the National Capital Commission. A similar story appeared on the Radio-Canada website.
- Youth Media Alliance announced the appointment of Jamie Piekarz, a graduate of the Master’s program in Educational Technology who is also the Director of Original Programming for Corus Television and Corus Entertainment, to its board of directors: Broadcast Dialogue.
