A new residency program, Pollinator, is offering Concordia University alumni the chance to participate in a free, five-week residency designed around mutual support and peer collaboration.

Led by long-time Concordia collaborators Caroline Woolard and Or Zubalsky, the initiative connects interdisciplinary practitioners with a small cohort of aligned peers to pursue a specific, time-bound goal—such as a creative project, grant application, website, or vision statement.

Participants will:

  • Join a matched cohort of six alumni with similar goals and career stages

  • Learn a proven peer-coaching method

  • Receive weekly support from their group from October 6 to November 7, 2025

Cohorts are formed based on participants’ availability, discipline, and goals. The residency is designed to foster deep creative focus, intentional collaboration, and long-term resilience in your practice.

This opportunity is offered at no cost to Concordia alumni through a special partnership with Pollinator.coop. To access the program, use the code CONCORDIA when applying.

Apply now — applications are open until Sunday, June 29 at midnight.
