Join us for a practical, hands-on session designed to prepare you for Concordia's new Policy on Email Accounts for Students and Employees. We'll walk through what the policy means for your day-to-day interactions, revisit best practices for handling confidential and private information, and give you the tools to redirect communications from personal email addresses in a way that is helpful, not bureaucratic.

The session will cover:

  • An overview of the new email policy and what it means you
  • How institutional email supports identity validation and protects both students and staff
  • A refresher on handling confidential and private information — what you can share, with whom, and when
  • Practical scenarios and template language for common situations
  • Q&A

Please register in advance. The session will be recorded, and the recording will be shared with registrants afterward. We look forward to seeing you there!
