Our Business Analyst Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in leadership, market research, strategic problem-solving, and learning how businesses and organizations operate. Analysts work directly on client assignments alongside consultants and researchers while receiving structured training, professional development, and 1:1 mentorship.

Target students: There is no single ideal academic background for this role That said, candidates with degrees in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Economics, and other disciplines may find that their skills translate well to the work, and we welcome candidates from all academic backgrounds to apply. Experience with or exposure to market mapping, presentation development, qualitative research, and Microsoft 365 tools is preferred.
