Session:
This training will equip you with the understanding and practical skills on what is non-verbal communication and emotions. You will gain skills to adeptly use non-verbal communication and emotional intelligence to your advantage.

Those skills will open the door to more productive interactions with everyone you encounter. Become more effective in relaying your message in every single conversation you have with colleagues, management, clients and even with those in your personal life.

In this session you will learn:

  • What are the 5 channels of communication and how to use them effectively:
  • To understand the 2 sides of the brain which controls your behavior.
  • How to self-reflect, observe your own behavior to see if you are congruent.
  • How is non-verbal communication affecting your everyday interactions
  • To understand the message you are giving to others through different gestures and how people see you.
  • The things you need to know before you start reading others.
  • The difference between self-understanding, self-management and management of others.
  • Emotional states and their effect on us.
