What we do - Advisory
Organizations in every industry and any sector often face complex issues and changing risks. Health care organizations need to find more effective ways to allocate resources to control costs, while providing access to quality care. Oil and gas clients facing oil price instability may want to revamp their operations to reduce costs. A financial services organization may seek change-management expertise to help them implement a new technology. The diverse backgrounds of our teams (including engineering, science, math, commerce, accounting and technology graduates) help our clients−from large multinationals to new and growing enterprises, NGOs and governments−solve important problems.
