Join this Contemplative Walk—a gentle guided outdoor experience designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and reset. Together, we’ll explore a campus‑area route while engaging in simple practices and reflection that support well-being and connection.
Led by Jen Bourque (Multi-Faith and Spirituality Center) and Lisa Tomlinson (CU Wellness), this walk invites you take a break from the everyday, move your body (at your own pace!) and notice what is going on around you.
