Step into spring with our Contemplative Walk: New Beginnings and Self‑Compassion—a gentle, 90‑minute guided outdoor experience designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and reset. Together, we’ll explore an easy campus‑area route while engaging in simple grounding practices, breathing exercises, and reflective prompts that support well‑being during times of transition.

Led by Sonia Masand (Multi-Faith and Spirituality Center) and Lisa Tomlinson (CU Wellness), this walk invites you to notice the small beginnings around you, cultivate self‑compassion, and carry renewed focus into the busy end‑of‑term season.
