Join MfSC for a contemplative walk!
- We'll try on various mindful and reflective practices as we journey through some green spaces near campus and then share our reflections.
- We'll meet at the MfSC drop-in space, Hall 746 at 3pm and walk together--arrive on time so we can maximize our time outdoors!
- Come dressed for the weather, bring water, snacks, sun protection and anything else you might need for the walk.
We'll go rain or shine!
