This fourth interactive session introduces the PERMA model – Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment – a research-based framework for understanding and enhancing well-being. Designed for students, the session combines practical examples and reflection to help you apply PERMA concepts to academic life and beyond. You will leave with concrete tools to support motivation, resilience, and overall well-being.

Learning Objectives

  • Define the five core components of the PERMA model
  • Understand how each element contributes to personal well-being
  • Identify practical strategies to strengthen each PERMA domain in daily life
