The third session offers an opportunity to explore the role emotions play in our daily lives. You will learn about the purpose of emotions, how to build greater awareness of emotional states, and how emotions influence thoughts and behaviors. The session will also introduce evidence-based strategies to help manage challenging emotions more effectively, whether related to academic pressures, relationships, or everyday stress.
