How well do you know your body? Do you have painful periods or irregular cycles, maybe you've been diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis, or fibroids. Perhaps you struggle in the days or weeks leading up to your period with difficult moods, lack of sleep, or body pain. Have you ever wondered what your hormones are doing, and more importantly, how to work with them?

Menstrual Charting is a free, easy, do-it-from-bed way to track your hormones over your cycle and cycle to cycle. You can support your health, know your body, and even use it to avoid or prepare for conceiving.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the basic sex hormones and what they do
  • Learn the basics of symptothermal menstrual charting
  • Learn basic chart analysis
  • Learn strategies to have healthier periods
