In this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to dive into the world of emotions. Together, we’ll learn about the function of emotions, how to increase awareness of emotional states and explore evidence-based strategies to help manage challenging emotions more effectively, whether you’re navigating exams, relationships or everyday stress.

Learning Objectives

  • Learn about the important role that emotions have in our lives
  • Recognize personal emotional triggers for emotional reactivity
  • Discover several concrete skills to decrease emotional vulnerability and intensity
