In this workshop, we will focus on the process of replacing unhelpful, distorted thinking patterns with ones that promote a more balanced, realistic and sophisticated viewpoint.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand how your thinking patterns influence your feelings, mood, and what you do
  • Explore how to replace stress-producing thoughts with more helpful ones
