Stress and anxiety are often accompanied by uncomfortable physical sensations, including rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, feeling dizzy and muscle tension, to name a few.
In this session, we will provide a brief overview of the impact of stress on the body and learn and practice practical strategies to calm these sensations and feel more in control in times of stress.
