This is a movement club focused on wellness rather than performance. There will be an optional opportunity to connect online at the beginning and end of each session to meet all of those who are joining for the day. Before/after we go for a 20 (ish) minute walk or run, we will take time to introspect on our stress and mood.
All walks or runs will be done on your own, knowing that you have a team with you (in spirit).
