When we are caring for others it can be hard to find the time and ways to take care of ourselves.

Making art and working with our hands can help us recharge and re-center, even when we are busy and tired. Taking an art break can be a great way to come together and help us connect, unwind and express ourselves. Sometimes it can help us gain some perspective, work through problems, or simply be a  way to get out of our heads for a bit. 

You don't need fancy supplies - bring what you have! Even some paper or found objects can go a long way. We will have some ideas for you too, even if you don't have any supplies at all!
