Take a break and connect to your body through movement and dance. We will explore how to reduce stress and how certain movements can help you in preparation for exams.

Dance Movement Therapy uses movements and dance to promote cognitive, emotional, physical and social integration. It endorses self-awareness, self-esteem and therapeutic space for expression of feelings.

No previous experience in dance is required!
