What would it feel like to stop striving to be better, to stop comparing ourselves to others, and to stop criticizing ourselves for how we think and feel? What would it feel like to accept yourself with all your successes AND failures? That's what this workshop is all about. We will talk about noticing and observing the stories we tell ourselves and how we judge ourselves. We will experiment with accepting aspects of ourselves for the purposes of growth and having a life more in line with our values and who we authentically are. I will share techniques and practices to help you do what matters most despite the anxiety that may come along with it.
The Zoom link will be sent to students who register.
