As humans, we have a great capacity for thinking and problem-solving. However, sometimes our thoughts become the things that trouble us most. Some thoughts are sticky and return again and again even though we don’t want them to. At this workshop, we will discuss thoughts and our relationship to our thoughts. I will share various techniques to help you understand the nature of your thoughts and how to unhook from those thoughts that may trouble you most.

The Zoom link will be sent to students who register.
