As we go through our day-to-day lives, we often lose sight of what is important and focus our energies on things that do not truly matter to us. At this workshop, we will look at how you can better understand what is important to you and how knowing what matters can improve your well-being and help you cope with anxiety. I will provide tips and practices to help you prioritize what matters most.

The Zoom link will be sent to students who register.
