Curious about growing your own food for a fraction of the cost at the grocery and right at home? Join Coop Cultivation and the Concordia Food Coalition for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to grow fresh, nutritious microgreens and sprouts right in your kitchen.

Participants will explore the basics of sprouting and microgreen growing, including tips on seeds, watering, light, and harvesting. Best of all, everyone will leave with their own microgreens sprouting kit and jar sprout kit so you can start growing immediately.

Microgreens and sprouts are quick, affordable, and packed with nutrients—perfect for adding fresh flavour to sandwiches, salads, and meals all year long.

Come get your hands a little dirty and discover how easy it is to grow food in small spaces!

$20 includes workshop, guide and 2 sprouting kits.
