More info on Workshops:

Herbal Grounding and Mindful Movements (1:15 p.m.)

Soothe your senses with herbs and a gentle yoga practice. Learn about herbs that can help ease our anxiety and promote overall well-being. In this interactive workshop, you’ll smell and taste herbal tea blends designed to calm your nerves. In addition, you will be guided through a grounding yoga practice aimed to relax and restore your mind and body. Note: Please come with comfortable clothes and a yoga mat.

Fire Cider Workshop (2:15 p.m.)
Join us for a hands-on, 1-hour Fire Cider workshop! We'll explore the history of this traditional herbal remedy, learn about the herbs used and their benefits, and prepare a batch together. You'll leave with 250ml of fire cider—just bring your own jar for a zero-waste experience.

Dream Bites (3:30 p.m.)
Learn the simple & tasty process of how herbal-infused ghee can be used to make a classic Bengali sweet called “ladoos”.
