This workshop offers a wonderful opportunity to focus on your well-being, reconnect with yourself, and find peace amidst your busy schedules. This event is open to all!
Join us for some fun and enriching activities! We'll start with breathing exercises, yoga, and dance to help you connect with your body and spark some introspection. After that, we'll enjoy a guided visualization that will inspire discoveries. You'll have the chance to dive into various questions that encourage you to dream and reflect. We’ll also take some time to explore any limiting beliefs or invisible barriers that may be holding you back. Finally, we’ll get creative with pencils, paper, and magazines to create your very own vision board, accompanied by tea. It’s going to be a wonderful journey!
