The SARC is excited to be hosting Embodied Inquiry, the final workshop in the series Creative Expression Through Movement. This workshop will offer tools to connect with a sense of groundedness during times of transition.

Through yoga and dance, it will explore the qualities of stability and instability; stillness and motion. Additionally, to support the self-inquiry process, there will be the opportunity to engage in a visual art activity through drawing, collage, or with the use of found objects. Suggested materials may include items from nature or personal items that support a feeling of groundedness, paint or markers, and magazine clippings for inspiration.

This workshop is open to anyone. A variety of movement options will be provided and participants are encouraged to engage only as feels comfortable. The workshop is offered in a webinar format, so videos of participants will be off.

Join via Zoom at the time of the event.
