This session offers an introduction to the medicine wheel. The origin of the Mohawk condolence ceremony will be shared, plus grief teachings. Definition of trauma, its effects and ways to heal from trauma.

Students entering into social work, psychology and caring professions are especially encouraged to attend this session.

This session is open to Indigenous, Metis and Inuit Students and non-Indigenous Students.
