Are you grappling with the overwhelming emotions that climate change brings? Join us for the "Eco-Anxiety / Climate Grief Support Group," a welcoming and inclusive space where all students can come together to share their thoughts and feelings about the climate crisis.

In this support group, we invite you to bring your deepest concerns, anxieties, and grief surrounding climate change. It's a place where you can express yourself openly and honestly, without judgment.

Our goal is to foster a sense of hope and empowerment without resorting to toxic positivity. We believe that by acknowledging our shared anxieties and working together, we can take meaningful action towards a more sustainable future.

The support group will meet bi-weekly, in person, on both the downtown and Loyola campuses. Join us and be part of a supportive community that understands your concerns and is dedicated to creating positive change. Together, we can transform eco-anxiety into eco-action.
