The Institute for Canadian Jewish Studies is organising the Canadian celebration of the publication of The Oxford Handbook of Jewishness and Dance about the significant impact of Jewish identity on the dance world writ large.
During this session we will hear from the lead editor, Naomi Jackson, and several other Canadian contributors to the Handbook as they explore the powerful convergence of dance with Jewish culture and identity from diverse perspectives. You will also experience tasters of the dance and installations live.
