About the Colloquium
The department hosts six colloquia annually, featuring a mix of internal speakers and esteemed guests from institutions across Canada and around the world. These colloquia provide a platform to explore the latest research advancements in psychology, including developmental, cognitive, and clinical areas, as well as neuroscience, fostering intellectual exchange and collaboration.

What to expect

In the past, events featured dynamic discussions on topics such as cultural-clinical psychology, coping with uncertainty and grief, stress regulation through endocannabinoids and the interplay of affective salience and mood disorders.
