Chemical synthesis of modified nucleosides to improve oligonucleotide drug delivery.
Previous work
I completed a Science College Independent Research Project in the Wilds lab (winter 2021) studying modified polyadenosine duplexes and their effects on duplex structure and stability. I had the opportunity to present my work at the BOLD Science conference hosted by the Science College.
