Fred Mcgregor has more than 35 years of work experience in the field of Human Resource Management spanning academia, the Canadian Federal Government and the private sector in pharmaceuticals (Pfizer Canada), fine chemicals (Boehringer Mannheim) and airline telecommunications. The telecommunications post was with the Airlines Telecommunications Agency (SITA) as Director of Human Resources for Canada and Regional Manager of Human Resources Development for North America and the Caribbean. He also directed the global Customer Care education program for all of the 220 countries in which SITA operations were conducted.

At Concordia he has taught a variety of courses at the undergraduate level in the JMSB as well as EMBA and AMBA level courses in Human Resource Management. His professional interests are broadly based in helping organizations to develop effective strategies so that their human assets are effective contributors to survival and success. His academic credentials were acquired at Concordia (BA) and the University of Ottawa (Masters in Psychology).
