It demystifies the complexities of climate leadership through a fast-tracked strategic overview that offers a step-by-step approach to begin transforming your organization with resilient strategies. With a focus on developing creative solutions that align with your organization’s values, this course prepares you to guide your organization through the initial stages of decarbonization.

This course was created by Concordia University and the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal (CCMM) as part of convertgence. This initiative was co-developed by CCMM and BMO, with many partners including the Quebec government, to help companies accelerate their green transition strategies.

Course structure

This course provides hands-on learning, encouraging active participation in classroom discussions and exercises to strengthen the connection between theory and practice.

The 7-hour course is divided into two 3.5-hour modules.
