The Commercial Real Estate Certificate helps you understand how the industry fits together. Developed with the Jonathan Wener Centre for Real Estate and the Urban Planning Institute of Quebec, it covers finance, law, development, urban planning, lending, valuation, and ESG, giving you the knowledge and language to work with any stakeholder at every stage of a transaction.
