Decommissioning MyConcordia

The university phased out the portal in spring 2022.

The feedback

In response to feedback Concordia received during its digital strategy consultations in 2018, the university phased out the MyConcordia portal on Monday, April 11, 2022. Concordians can now access their university accounts and digital services — including My Student Centre — through the My CU Account section of the Student Hub (for students) or Carrefour (for faculty and staff).

What changed

With the launch of the Student Hub and Carrefour platforms in 2021, Concordia phased out the MyConcordia portal to avoid duplication and ensure a clear and simple user experience for students, faculty and staff. Concordians still have access to the same university accounts and digital services — it is simply the way to access them that changed.

What this means

Since Monday, April 11, 2022, Concordians are only be able to access accounts and digital services formerly available on the MyConcordia portal by logging in to the Student Hub or Carrefour. Both the Student Hub and Carrefour are single sign-on solutions that feature modern, mobile-friendly interfaces.

The My CU Account sections of the Student Hub and Carrefour platforms offer optimized menu architectures that improve access to Concordia’s services and information.
