With a a mix of science, discussion and activity, Laura Mitchell will present useful ideas to improve your working life and relationships with colleagues.

The workshop will delve into:

  • What is the science — not the stereotype — of introverts and extroverts.
  • Which one are you really and how strongly — many of us are mistaken about which we are.
  • How to successfully navigate your career, workplace and working relationships, according to your style and preference.

Laura Mitchell, PhD Laura Mitchell, PhD

Laura Mitchell is the Director of the newly revitalized Student Success Centre at Concordia.

She holds a PhD in Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Master of Science in Psychology Research Methods from the University of Strathclyde.

An award winner and a researcher in the scholarship of teaching and learning, Laura has an exceptional track record and a demonstrated commitment to student services.
