Network Maintenance (internet, phone service & VPN) March 30 and 31
IITS will be performing system maintenance on Thursday, March 30 between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m., and Friday, March 31 between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m.
March 30: Phone services disruptions
Due to scheduled maintenance, there will be an intermittent interruption of the following services on Thursday, March 30 between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m.:
- Phone service (including desk phones, analog devices, and softphones).
- Web access to Cisco Unified communication SelfCare Portal (phone configuration webpage).
- CiscoPCA Tool and Voicemail IMAP connection.
In case of an emergency on campus, please call Campus Safety and Prevention Services using a mobile device at 514-848-3717
March 31: Internet and Virtual Private Network (VPN) service disruptions
Internet and VPN services will be temporarily unavailable on Friday, March 31, 2023, between 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. due to network maintenance.
During this time users may experience intermittent connection loss.
