Software Upgrade: November 17

A planned software upgrade is scheduled for Wednesday, November 17th from 8:30am to 9:30am.

Access to SPSS software may be intermittently interrupted during this time.

Work from home licenses, personal licenses, or those off our Concordia network will not be impacted.

If you have questions about the maintenance period contact the IT Service Desk by email at help@concordia.ca or call 514-848-2424, ext. 7613 to speak with a Service Desk agent between 8:00am and 11:00pm on weekdays and between 9am and 4:30pm on weekends.
