Phone Maintenance: November 13, 2021

Phone maintenance is scheduled for Saturday, November 13, 2021 between 6:00pm and 12:00am.

During the maintenance period:

• There will be no service interruption to calls already in progress, however some phone screens will flash during a re-registration process.

• The Phone Configuration webpage (Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal) within MyConcordia portal => Accounts and Settings will not be accessible.

• Limited civic address and room location information will be relayed to the 911 operator when users place a 911 emergency call.

Concordia Security is aware of the situation and the necessary steps have been taken to ensure all 911 calls are properly answered during the maintenance window.
