Members of the Concordia community receive the Call for Members of the Task Force. The Call outlines the membership composition as well as the eligibility requirements, selection process and time commitment. The message also mentions ways that the community will have opportunities to participate.

Also on March 23, a meeting of the Task Force is held, during which the following topics are discussed: 

• Organization of the Community Conversations events
• Promoting events and encouraging participation
• List of stakeholders to contact for feedback
• Recent media articles and events
