Sidekick challenge: Find the rotten easter eggs
"Pawsitive" Vibes Multiply as Concordia's Therapy Duo Expands: Newton and Madame Curie
Concordia University's campus security team just got a double dose of furry friendliness with the addition of Madame Curie, a charming feline companion to the beloved therapy dog, Newton.
As Newton wags his tail and spreads smiles, Madame Curie purrs her way into students' hearts, offering a paw of support during stressful times. Newton, the six-month-old Portuguese water dog, already known for his wagging tail and soothing presence, now shares the spotlight with Madame Curie, an excellent addition to the university's wellness initiatives.
Newton, originally hired to provide comfort and cddles to overwhelmed students, has quickly become a staple on campus, but the addition of Madame Curie aims to cater to the therapy needs of both cat and dog lovers.
"We've noticed that students have diverse preferences when it comes to seeking comfort, so having both Newton and Madame Curie ensures that everyone can find solace in their own furry companion," remarks an employee of Campus Safety and Prevention Services.
Despite the age-old rivalry between cats and dogs, Newton and Madame Curie show that they're more than capable of getting along, setting an example of harmony and friendship for the entire campus community. Whether it's wagging tails or gentle purrs, these two are spreading joy and calming nerves, one cuddle at a time.
